Speed, Accuracy, and Quality are the daily standards for our prepress department.

In line with industry standards and for ease of use, we have Screen USA’s TrueFlow System as the backbone of our prepress workflow. This workflow is PDF based and enables us, wherever possible, to use client furnished and correctly prepared PDF files, or more traditionally, we accept original layout files with accompanying assets and convert files to pdf for processing.

Output to plate is accomplished using a Screen PlateRite 8100, Thermal “ Computer To Plate” system, enabling us to produce plates from 15" for our smaller presses, and up to 30" wide for our largest press.

ABSOLUTE Color Calibration controls our proofing for Four Color and Pantone Matching from Proof to Press. Two 42" Epson Large Format Printers the 9600 and 10600, handle all our proofing requirements.
